Welcome to the Immersive Photographer Training (IPT) Program! PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE AND FILL OUT SURVEY BELOW

The next Immersive Photographer Training (IPT), will be taking place from January 1 - 8, on St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands—coinciding with the vibrant Crucian Christmas Festival/Carnival Events. ‘Misty Winter’s Camera Basics in Manual (M)’ on January 2- 5:30-8:30pm, will be the ONLY MANDATORY COURSE**. All other course dates will be optional.

**IF YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN MISTY WINTER’S CAMERA BASICS IN MANUAL (M) DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, YOU MAY BYPASS AND MOVE ON TO OTHER COURSE DATES. If interested in participating, please fill out the survey below to get started, and make sure let us know what you wish to learn!

Special Guest Instructor - Ben Garcia, Vivid Productions

I am excited to welcome Ben Garcia, owner of Vivid Productions, who will be joining us to offer specialized training in video production. This addition provides a unique opportunity for participants to expand their skill set beyond photography.

Program Highlights

Throughout this exciting week, participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of essential topics, including: Camera Basics in Manual (M) MANDATORY, indoor/outdoor lighting techniques, on-location shooting, drone operation, post-production, and anything else YOU TELL US you’re interested in enhancing your skills in!

December 20 - INITIAL INTEREST SURVEY SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Help tailor the program to your needs by completing the survey below.

December 23 - Daily course schedule will be announced via email.

December 28 - LAST DAY FOR REGISTRATION

January 1 - Welcome Event: Join us on for an introductory gathering where you can meet fellow participants and instructors. (6-8pm)

January 2 - MANDATORY ATTENDANCE REQUIRED: Misty Winter’s Camera Basics in Manual (M) All participants must attend this foundational course covering essential camera functions and manual settings. This session is crucial for ensuring everyone is prepared for the subsequent workshops. (5:30-8:30pm)

January 8 - Portfolio Reviews: For those who participate in three or more days of training, we will offer personalized portfolio reviews, providing valuable feedback and guidance on your work.
